Cathy Osberg - President
Cathy has 30 years of experience in the fund control, escrow, construction and real estate industry. Her career started with working for a real estate developer and general contractor, which led to experience in construction lending. Cathy has worked at Dixieline Builders Fund Control-ProBuild for 25 years. She is a graduate of San Diego State University and has attended extended studies in management and construction practices.

Don Polich - Chief Financial Officer
Don served as the CFO for Dixieline Lumber Company, a $400 Million Southern California lumber and building supply operation. Don has over 20 years of accounting and financial reporting experience starting in Dixieline’s accounting department and was promoted to CFO in 2005. Prior to Dixieline Lumber, Don was a staff accountant with a freight company in San Diego. Don graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in business, with an emphasis in accounting.
