ProBuild and handles the sometimes-complicated details of construction
escrow accounts. Whether you are involved in a large remodeling project,
custom home, or a tract of homes, our fund control service can simplify
the process saving you time and money.
Our sophisticated and responsive computerized system provides progress
reports, fund requests and other services with immediate accessibility.
For your convenience, requested reports are available in the Financial
Services office at the Dixieline
ProBuild home center of your choice.
Fund Control's experienced and qualified personnel are knowledgeable
about building materials and construction as well as funding and
disbursement procedures. Lien waivers are obtained from each payee prior
to payment. Business records and tax documentation require accurate
classification and recording of construction costs and disbursements.
For qualified vendors, we also process miscellaneous 1099 forms.

transfer of project documents safe and convenient by providing a
complimentary courier service between all Dixieline ProBuild Home Centers to our
