RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES REQUIRE AN ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT

 

DELIVERY POLICY

All materials sold, delivered to curb only. Not responsible for broken sidewalks or curbs when delivery is requested on premises. These materials are furnished for and are to be used in and upon the premises as described. No claims for shortage or deductions allowed after 24 hours from delivery. We will correct errors promptly.

 

RETURNED YARD MERCHANDISE POLICY

All Stocked Material:
All items returned in resalable condition will be charged 15% for handling.

All Timbers (surfaced, rough or resawn):
When returned will be reduced to the next lower size and lower grade and will be charged 25% handling to pay for the remanufacturing to mill them to a saleable item.

All Fascia, Tongue & Groove or Ship Lap:
Will be charged 25% handling due to job site depreciation.

Special Order (items not stocked or run to detail):
These items will receive a credit only when and if they can be resold and will be credited at the resale price less 25% handling.

Return Cartage & Handling:
Return cartage will be charged at delivery cartage rate. Labor on job site handling will be charged at the current hourly rate including truck stand by time.
