Jones Stephens PlumBite® fittings, an extremely fast method of joining copper, CPVC, PE-RT or PEX tubing are now available individually packaged. The packages are color-coded to quickly identify the connection size. PlumBites® are designed to connect tubing with ease and confidence while saving time on the job site. No soldering, glue, heat or external tools required to join the pipe. Just insert the pipe into the fitting and the stainless steel gripper ring bites the pipe holding it tightly. A rugged EPDM O-ring seals the connection. Disassembly is just as fast using the optional disassembly tool, so fittings can be easily removed and re-used. PlumBites® have a warranty ranging between 5 to 25 years that covers the parts against defects regardless of what brand tubing is used.
