The Trex Hideaway® butt joint clip ensures a strong and seamless connection without the hassle of additional joists and fasteners for a secure installation, every time. Easily install these clips where boards meet over a single joist, allowing for a quicker deck installation without compromising on aesthetics. The extra-wide "wings" of the butt joint clip provide the same secure connection as two standard Trex Hideaway® universal hidden fasteners, so that only one clip is required per side. Additionally, the clip's "shoulders" provide the support of two joists, eliminating the need for extra blocking.
