The Keeper 8 ft ratchet tie-down features a durable abrasion-resistant 1 in webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transport. It is constructed with a steel ratchet and vinyl-covered S-hooks to prevent scratching and marring to cargo and vehicle. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull-strap over the cargo and pull webbing to desired tension. ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
