Future Flash® Sealant utilizes a solvent-free technology, which represents technical advances over existing polyurethane systems. In addition, Future Flash® Sealant demonstrates excellent adhesion to a wide variety of building materials, including vinyl, wood, aluminum and masonry. Future Flash® Sealant is a high-performance, UV stable, paintable, low-to-medium modulus, one-component, gun grade hybrid polyurethane sealant. The sealant cures to a flexible rubber when exposed to atmospheric moisture.
